The Dogs of Doom Strike Again

So, as if chewing a 3×3 foot hole in my linoleum floor in the kitchen, tearing a strip out of the carpet between my dining room and living room, chewing up two couches, 4 pairs of shoes, studio headphones, several pillows, and their OWN beds…. my dogs have decided the past two days that they wanted to go back to their destructive ways.

So, after they tore the strip of carpet out between the dining room and living room, I bought an 8×12 foot carpet to cover up their handiwork. Two nights ago, they chewed up the carpet. And they also pulled the cushion of my recliner and chewed that up, too. I beat them and yelled at them. So apparently they liked being beaten, because last night they chewed on the carpet some more!

I was really ticked, and I was going to crate them both, since I wasn’t sure who’d done the chewing. I let them outside to do their business, and Amber ran out and started going… and what pops out? A 12 inch long piece of carpet…. she couldn’t shake it loose. She was running around, dragging her rear on the ground, and trying desperately to free herself from the carpet.

This went on for 20 minutes. I laughed sadistically as I’m sure it was quite uncomfortable for her. Anyhow, now we know who chewed up the carpet.

I’m only sorry I didn’t take a picture so you could all laugh and gag like I did.

HAAHAHAHAHHAAAAA!!!!! NOTHING is funnier than dogs who poop weird things. Well, I suppose I COULD think of something funnier, but right now there is nothing springing to mind….

GAH! I meant to type ‘you’re’, why did no one call me on that? Oh yeah, we are all too enthralled by the mental image of Incredipete’s dog shitting a couch.

Um. I could have gone all day without that mental image.

You are welcome for the scarf. Thanks for making my blogs look awesome. Now take a photo wearing the scarf and post it so I can link it.

As for Jenna’s jealousy of said scarf- well, she can learn to knit and make one. (come to the dark side Jenna, the people are nice and the wool is oh so soft…)
