Playing Politics with our Safety

Back in 2002, senators of both parties were briefed on the use of waterboarding and other “enhanced interrogation techniques.” Included in those meetings was Nancy Pelosi…

No one objected during those briefings.

Now, Pelosi, Reed, and Obama are calling for the heads of the Republicans who approved these techniques. Hypocrisy at it’s worst. Read the full article from the Washington Post HERE.

62% of Americans still think we should be using these techniques as a means of preventing terrorism… to this day.

However, per usual, the Demotards have decided to use this as an example of how evil Bush was, even though they were complicit. In the process, they’ve undermined the CIA, who says these enhanced techniques have helped to prevent major terrorism in the USA.

I’m ok with you thinking torture of any kind is wrong. If that’s your position, then more power to you. However, if you believe one word the Democrat leaders in Washington are telling you, you’ve been spending too much time listening to GE’s media machine (motto: We buy the President the election through our mass media so we can make billions from cap and trade).

Make sure you get your facts straight before you get all outraged at Bush.

What’s it going to take, another terrorist attack on America before they realize that toturing terrorists to save innocent lives is justified?

Not surprisingly, I am against torture. However, I can’t stand Nancy Pelosi, so I am happy to see the finger pointed at her.
